Arts Centre Administrator, Bernie Grant Arts Centre

An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Bernie Grant Arts Centre as our new Arts Centre Administrator. This extraordinary cross-art form venue in South Tottenham, North London celebrates its 10th anniversary this September.  We have exciting plans for the future.  Join us and be part of the next stage of our journey.

Reporting to the Venue Hires and Commercial Manager, the ARTS CENTRE ADMINISTRATOR will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Chief Executive and Senior Management Team. Working as part of a small, friendly core staff team the post-holder will ensure the smooth and efficient running of this vibrant arts centre and its diverse programme of activities and facilities.

The successful candidate will have excellent and demonstrable administration skills, a high degree of accuracy and an eye for detail.  You’ll also need to be a highly motivated self-starter with outstanding communication skills and a passion and commitment to celebrating cultural diversity in the arts.

Front of House, Bars and Catering Manager, Bernie Grant Arts Centre

An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Bernie Grant Arts Centre as our new dedicated Front of House, Bars and Catering Manager. This extraordinary cross-art form venue in South Tottenham, North London celebrates its 10th anniversary this September.  We have exciting plans for the future and the redevelopment of our Front of House, Bars and Catering Offer is central to our future vision and operation. Join us and be part of the next stage of our journey.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the FRONT OF HOUSE BARS AND CATERING MANAGER is a key leadership role within the senior management team at the Bernie Grant Arts Centre, developing our front of house, bar and catering function ensuring its financial success and developing and delivering a long term strategic plan for its development. 

The post-holder will be responsible for the strategic and day to day smooth and efficient running of the Front of House and bar and catering operations across the complex, ensuring a first-class customer experience of the venue, its programme and associated bars and catering offer.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high quality, customer focused Front of House and Bars and Catering services.  A strong leader with vision, drive and an excellent business acumen, you’ll also need to be a highly motivated, self-starter with outstanding communication skills and a passion and commitment to celebrating cultural diversity in the arts.

Premises and Facilities Manager, Bernie Grant Arts Centre

An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Bernie Grant Arts Centre for a Premises and Facilities Manager to help drive forward our next stage of development.

This extraordinary cross-art form venue in South Tottenham, North London celebrates its 10th anniversary this September.  We have exciting plans for the future and the continued development of our premises and facilities are central to our future vision and operation.  Join us and be part of the next stage of our exciting journey.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the PREMISES AND FACILITIES MANAGER is a key leadership role within the senior management team at the Bernie Grant Arts Centre. You will be responsible for developing and delivering the long term premises development plan and ensuring that our facilities and premises:
a. Support the smooth and efficient running of the venues programme of performance, events, exhibitions and classes.
b. Provide an excellent customer experience.
c. Maximise income generation opportunities.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a proven track record of managing, facilities and premises, contracts, schedules and people.  A strong leader with vision, drive and an excellent business acumen, you’ll also need to be a highly motivated, self-starter with outstanding communication skills and a passion and commitment to celebrating cultural diversity in the arts.
