Premises and Facilities Manager, Bernie Grant Arts Centre

An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Bernie Grant Arts Centre for a Premises and Facilities Manager to help drive forward our next stage of development.

This extraordinary cross-art form venue in South Tottenham, North London celebrates its 10th anniversary this September.  We have exciting plans for the future and the continued development of our premises and facilities are central to our future vision and operation.  Join us and be part of the next stage of our exciting journey.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the PREMISES AND FACILITIES MANAGER is a key leadership role within the senior management team at the Bernie Grant Arts Centre. You will be responsible for developing and delivering the long term premises development plan and ensuring that our facilities and premises:
a. Support the smooth and efficient running of the venues programme of performance, events, exhibitions and classes.
b. Provide an excellent customer experience.
c. Maximise income generation opportunities.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a proven track record of managing, facilities and premises, contracts, schedules and people.  A strong leader with vision, drive and an excellent business acumen, you’ll also need to be a highly motivated, self-starter with outstanding communication skills and a passion and commitment to celebrating cultural diversity in the arts.
